When moving out of a rental property, it is wise to ensure you leave it spotless, in order to get back as much of your deposit as possible. Before we carry out the cleaning, a Glimmer & Shine representative will visit the property to discuss which areas need cleaning. Then a written estimate is provided, confirming the schedule and end of tenancy price. Glimmer & Shine is tailored to a customer’s specific requirements. With our check out cleaning service you will save time and money, and put your end of lease obligations behind you. Also offered as standard : - A thorough clean of bathrooms and kitchens - Cleaning inside and out all kitchen appliances and cabinets - Floors washed - Cleaning and polishing windows (Inside )mirrors and any glass surface - Skirting boards, pictures, lamp shades, ornaments, windowsills and furniture dusted - All rooms vacuumed Remember: The end of tenancy service clean will be carried out in accordance with instructions taken at the time and detailed in the estimate of service. Glimmer & Shine is not responsible if the work carried out does not meet the standard required by a third party. Glimmer & Shine will not be liable for any additional costs imposed by a third party. Please be advised that we neither wash nor clean painted walls. Also our end of tenancy cleaning service doesn’t include cleaning the property’s exterior like gardens and garages or balconies. End of tenancy cleaning requires your property to be completely empty before our crew moves in to clean it. The reason being it can prevent the professional cleaning. In case it is impossible your Flat/House to be emptied please ensure that you store your possessions together in room/corner. The refrigerator will have to be defrosted before we arrive. Our service guarantee is valid for 42 hours after the cleaning is done.
